no there isn't, but gems aren't hard to come by. Get the beautiful sword from the lake area and
start kicking ass exploring normally. After you get 15 gems, you can buy a vitality tincture from
the traveling merchant, enable debug mode and use it until Strength + toughness is 100. Then you
can explore the other areas safely. You take it from there.
