The song is Shipping Up to Boston, by Dropkick Murphys, which gained popularity when this song
was used in the opening scene of The Departed.
They're quite good if you like this sort of stuff. Celtic rock/punk.

Another good band for this kind of music is Flogging Molly. They're not as punk/rock sounding,
and put more celtic in their music.
