A world that uses science to manage society instead of, politics, religion, or markets.

It sounds great until you realize the methodology actually unfeasible. Half the technologies
they've presented as still less than adequate for mass production and reliance and aren't growing
in efficiency at the rates required. The other half, especially some in other parts of this
series, just don't exist in proper form. It's like a mish-mash of every "visions of the future"
Popular Science volume from the 60s and 70s, just short the personal jetpacks and flying cars.
And none of this takes into account the actual feelings of the people who would have to live in
  this hypothesis.

And I still think their cities are either a waste of space or a under-utilization of space, where
not absolutely Zeerust-ugly. That is, unless most of the dwelling region is subterranean; that's
always cool. If you want to see a thing of beauty, scan the skyline of a major city: some
buildings not too very different from one another, but each one very unalike, a testament of
human ambition and diversity. These cities? visually underwhelming hub caps.

Seriously, I want my personal jetpack.

this is the ideas and social structure of Jacque Fresco, the creator of Sociocyberneering, the
idea of using technology from a capitalist market to create a perfect society where machines
drive each other and grow all the food. The result of said society would be humanity surpassing
in the arts and knowledge, letting humans expand the mind while machines do the labor.

again, it is impossible to actually make this now, but it is a cool design if humanity could do
  it again.
