  So here's a rough guide about the menu layout.
  Down the left side are 3 interaction options and 4 clothing options.
  Interaction
  -look
  -talk
  -flirt
  Clothing
  -top on/off
  -skirt on/off
  -bra on/off
  -panties on/off
