For the circle and pattern-drawing, just do a whole ton of scribbles. The only issue there is
that if it's too small it won't register, so just keep trying until it works.
For the spinning part, get it spinning with a low speed of about 6 or 7 then wait. Once you wait
long enough, it will eventually just go with whatever speed it's at.
By the way, my record is somewhere around 196,000,000,000.
