as stated by the OP, this is outdated. using Noko now works on /f/ like it does on other boards,
but other than that, everything is pretty accurate.

[P] and [H] are duplicate tags.
Hentai is a form of porn.
Porn is perverse (hentai means perverted).
Even if you THINK there is a difference, for example "porn is IRL stuff and hentai is toon stuff"
that line of thought is invalid because everybody does not think so. You can't blame anyone for
using [H] when they "should have used" [P] and the other way around, flashes cannot be mistagged
when [H] and [P] is used and the flash contains some kind of sexual content.
That's why [P] and [H] means the same thing. In my opinion [P] was never needed and should be
removed since it will only lead to confusion.

Less outdated but it just doesn't include some stuff.
How to use some flashes is necessary and ought to be added:
