The bombs can break blocks, but Peach's slide move is way better and faster for getting under gaps, and it kills enemies. Amy doesn't seem to have any ability to jump higher or climb, where peach can float, and samus can wall jump up an infinitely high wall. Right now, Peach is really the best one.
