There's a lot to absorb, but absorbing it is a fun process. Things start out simply and build exponentially. >> [_] Anonymous 10/07/12(Sun)20:58 No.1780077 >>1779890 >what is the flash about? It's part of a longer story. This specific one is about the girl with the hairband entering the game world (the Medium). Simultaneously a couple of other things happen. >what the fuck is going on? Rose enters the Medium, while Dave (the guy with the shades) connects as her server player. He deploys the various items necessary to do this, in a haphazard manner, as he is being accosted by RAMBUNCTIOUS CROWS and is making another installment of Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff (the best webcomic on the Internet ever, not even kidding on that one). Rose's house is being destroyed by meteors, and she herself will be destroyed if she doesn't hurry the fuck up. There's a fire tornado and wizard statues being blown around. She prototypes the kernel with her dead cat Jaspers, and Dave helps with a second prototyping of a tentacle princess or something. >> [_] Anonymous 10/07/12(Sun)20:58 No.1780078 >>1780077 Rose has to break the bottle to enter the medium, but the errant wizard statue knocks the bottle off a cliff, so Rose HEROJUMPS after it, being saved by Jaspersprite's noodly appendage. She succeeds and enters the Medium. Jade (the other girl) waits for the lotus flower to hatch and deliver its cargo, which turn out to be copies of the game she needs to complete the four-person cycle. John has already entered the medium and is defeating enemies, collecting Build Grist and advancing to his First Gate. There are also flashbacks (flashforwards?) to the post-apocalyptic wasteland earth that is the home of the Exiles. John's grandmother (whose ashes he prototyped before entering the Medium) writes a message for him in a big joke book using ghost clown powers. |
