You have to shoot them in the ass.
1: wait for cirno to turn and shoot her in the ass, shoot frog in the ass for alternate ending
2: shoot bottle thing on bottom right, then shoot her in the ass.
3: place crosshair at ass-level, then watch her head and fire when she's facing exactly away from
you
