Here's the way real adults do things:
1.Get a friend who is into the same thing you are, something like flipping property
2. Buy shit property
3. Spend a few months renovating it
4. Once completed, film hilarious video in nearly bare kitchen, only minor cosmetic damage
5. Clean up and repair things you broke, after all you are the one that out them there in the
first place
6. Sell property for nearly twice initial investment, more than covering the project AND your
shennanigans cost
7. Post to youtube and have a laugh
