It's from a game called Minna no Rhythm Tengoku (Rhythm Heaven Fever (US))
It's a rhythm game in which you play different minigames, each a different scenario in which you
time button presses to the music
In this sequel, after a number of games you play a remix level, which includes all of the themes
from that selection of minigames
This is a parody of the 10th and final remix (Remix 10, hence "10r") which includes parts of
every theme in the game
