It's bad if it fails for the user, yes. For us, it doesn't really matter because inbound
bandwidth isn't an issue, only outbound bandwidth.
We'll probably modify this behavior on boards with large file uploads like /f/ and /hr/. >wat?

Nope.

No. Flashes take up a ton of space and we're going to stick with 30.
