Tony Jay. By far the best voice actor to grace animated TV and movies. He could make the most
evil characters just from the deepness of his voice. He made Claude Frollo, Magneto, Shere Khan
and Megabyte sound dark, vile and evil just by talking.

This is by far the best Disney villain song, as it shows the guy being motivated by forces
outside of his control: He is about to do something he actually despises ("god have mercy..."),
he has to justify his future actions to himself ("It's not my fault"). He knows that he has given
in to temptation and passion, and he knows it is his downfall from his own former self-image (as
evidenced to the first to verses)

I think that Scar's song was better, but only by a tiny bit and its even more badass in german.

I agree that 'Be Prepared' is a better musical number, and contains a lot more villainous content
(about a coup d'etat and betrayal of values rather than personal weakness) but I personally feel
that Scar is so camp it almost neuters him as a villain.
