it doesn't do anything if there's no parameters, but if you just add ?pic=URL to it, it will do
it's thing. for example:
fukkensaved.swf?pic=http://images.4chan.org/c/src/1350716082756.jpg
it's obvious use is reaction imaging on forums and the like.
