I still wonder how many people have gotten seizures watching this

>> [_] Anonymous 10/04/12(Thu)09:21 No.1777631

YAY! seizures! I'm going to send it to my epileptic friend now!

>> [_] Anonymous 10/04/12(Thu)09:43 No.1777642

Very few, because epilepsy is rare (50 million out of 7 billion, 0.7% of the world's population).
Of those, 17.5 million (35%) have Internet access. 4chan draws a mere 0.07% of the Internet's
traffic, meaning some 12,250 epileptics regularly visit the entire site, and I won't speculate on
  what percentage browse /f/.

That's a statistical view; I'm inclined to think that anyone who was aware of their condition
would stay the hell away from 4chan and/or have time to close the tab before it induced a seizure.

  * Fewer than that, since 90% of epileptics are in developing countries, meaning that they're less
likely to have Internet access or be in an Internet-filtering country.

  * and not all epileptics are photosensitive
