The "message" is that AS LONG AS PEOPLE ARE FINANCIALLY SECURE, they focus more on being success-
and purpose- driven rather than profit-driven. The key element is that you have to pay them
enough that they're not worrying about where their meals are coming from.

An interesting concept that really does rail against econ.
I'm really skeptical though.
If this is true, it could be really fun just to figure out WHY this happens and how we can

I don't do things cause I want money, I do them because I want to show them off.
I like programming, but any time I try to make a simple app for money, I get bored really fast.
However when I code for a school project or something I find it a lot more fun-- even though I
get no money for it.
