I looked it up, looks like someone took Miku's song "Kagerou Days" and modified it, not sure how

It's an endless loop. The boy keeps trying to save the girl as she dies, and realizes the only
way to save her is to get killed in her place. On the other end, the girl has already caught onto
this, which is why she dies so much at first, because it's the only way to keep him alive.
The song's ending notes that she states it didn't work again, meaning she'll go out and die again
that day to save his life and he'll attempt to do the same when she dies.
