I've got that same message, but I don't think that is really a "threat". It tries to connect to
the site count.m149.com possibly either for counting how many times this video was watched or to
create a popup with ads.
Anyway, m149.com doesn't exist anymore for whatever reason, you can be sure nothing will happen.

Windows Defender found Trojan:JS/Seedabutor.B. Pretty sure that's malware embedded in the flash
file itself. Given that this is Chinese, I find it hardly surprising that it contains malware.
