It's a fairly old video, from 2001 if I'm not mistaken, and it's filmed at a very low resolution.
Your computer probably scales it up as well, which exacerbates this issue.

FLV is a horrible video format, but beyond that I couldn't tell you.

This is actually the original filename! You probably saw a renamed version first. Even if it
wasn't, it'd be more appropriate, seeing as "A Heap of Trouble".
If you have a better version, please do upload it. I simply pulled this off of swfchan, I didn't
encode it, so there's not a great deal I can do to improve the situation.
Oh, and you seem new; you might want to lurk around a bit more before posting something else.
