Increases your points you allocate per click... it fucking says it. When you go afk 1 minute and
come back and have 5000 points to spend, it helps to not have to click 5000 times.

Click on the mastery bar. It uses up your XP, but eventually, you'll be leveling up as fast as is
possible, so mastery is the only thing to really train for.
