it's 32kb because it's a single loop <about 16 frames> and it's done with the pencil tool instead
of the brush tool. Since there are no imported jpgs/gifs/etc and the colors are solids/gradients.
the file size is extremely low. I bet i could get it down to half the size if I really wanted to.

to the untrained eye this might seem smooth but it's actually really shaky and hard to watch for
someone who does animation for a living.
The lines feel like they're going all over the place in certain areas and its really bothersome
to look at.
Overall, it's fantastic animation, I just think it needs serious cleaning up.
