Windows 7 won't let me manually change the file extension and I'm not sure which program to look
up to do this with. Halp?

If you can't see the file extension, go to
organize > Folder and Search Options, then click the View tab. Uncheck the box titled "Hide
extensions for known file types", you do this in the folder where you saved the flash.
