Just tell her not to wear one any more. Yesterday made a year since I went bra free, and it's
great. It saves money, too. The ligaments in boobs will atrophy after years of being carried in a
hammock. When left unfettered, the ligaments are forced to support the breast tissue and bounce a
lot, strengthening them.
Bottom line: overtime, wearing a bra will make you sag more than going braless. My boobs are
perkier today than they were last March, and it's because I ditched the bra.
