Quick twitch muscles are something you can build.
The function of muscles is actually very simple. A longer and more flexible muscle is faster.
This means if a tall person and a short person of equal physical fitness were to meet, the tall
person would move a little faster.
Black/white doesn't matter anywhere near as much as body type and height.

there's a reason blacks dominate most sports. Culturally, blacks are a lot more likely to turn to
sports over business or other pursuits than whites are. As far as strength goes, no, blacks are
not "stronger than whites."
One area where blacks are racially superior, however, is running. Blacks have longer leg muscles
than whites, which makes them, on the average, run faster.
If you want to talk about fighting alone, though, there are more white professional UFC fighters
(though the best IMO is Anderson Silva, who's black), more black pro boxers, and more white
professional martial artists. Chuck Norris is white. Bruce Lee was Asian. Epic Beard Man is white
and his opponent was black. Plenty of white men have been beaten up or killed by gangs of blacks,
as have many blacks by gangs of blacks.

The point of all this? Race doesn't really matter. If you want to know who will win in a fight,
nine times out of ten it's going to be the bigger guy or the guy who brings friends.
