shit. i'm sitting in my basement right now, and if i were to have heard this sound anywhere from
the clicked url, i would've shat my pants.
i wonder if they did tests to see which type of sound just causes a sense of intrinsic alarm in
people.
i mean, i know everything's ok, but that sound just makes things seem like they're not.

This sound is the stuff of nightmares

I love the sound of sirens. All of them. I can listen to them forever. What is wrong with me?

I would love to be in Silent Hill. An empty city for my taking, I would get to live out
apocalyptic survivalist fantasies, and most importantly I would get to face my fears.

Nice post. I discover some thing even more challenging on different blogs everyday. It's going to
consistently be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice just a little
something from their store. I'd prefer to use some with the content on my blog whether or not you
don't mind. Natually I'll give you a link on your web weblog. Thanks for sharing.

I wonder if these people honestly expect to get any sales/virus infections from being so obvious.

I don't get it. What's so scary about it?
I sat there watching and listening going "This is somewhat soothing in a strange way".

You don't know what this sound is about? It's basicly "this sound should be playing right now, or
ever". If you hear that, you're fucked.

In my country, you hear that siren when there is a fire somewhere. It's like a firealarm for
people that work for the fire dep. in their free time. Nothing special actually...

Pretty sure you mistake the signals. Sirens may be used for alarming firefighters (e.g. something
like 15 sec siren 5 sec pause in Germany). But a constant up and down swelling siren indicates
that you better watch the fuck out. Floods, hurricane, the Russians, ...

Ok, so, hear me out for a second. Open this flash and then open the MnF Jailbreak 3 flash and get
to the first escape part and switch back to the siren screen. Congrats, you get the siren plus a
music track that sounds a bit like it came from SH1

Air raid siren.
Not fun.

You could hear these often during the war over here, when Sarajevo was occupied.
Nothing soothing in hearing this together with distant bombs going off.
Knowing that you probably just lost another old friend, a cousin, maybe a child.

Anyone actually played the game Siren? Its on ps2. A pretty original survival horror, and a
unique experience. And yes, there are Sirens, but of more than one kind...

Silent hill was actually based off of a real town in Ohio I believe. I know there actually is an
old mining town where underground fires are still burning.
