After playing for many hours and prolonged listening to the original music played in Lavender Town, some children reported having severe headaches, feeling very depressed and even some suicidal tendencies. Upon investigation, it was found that there was a hidden undertone in the original music for Lavender Town. It is believed that it was these hidden undertones that caused “Lavender Town Syndrome”. The music was modified slightly for further releases, the undertones were removed, and the syndrome seemed vanish. its all bullshit, but the pic and music is creepy as fuck. need moar nightmare fuel >> [_] Anonymous 05/04/13(Sat)23:38 No.1963657 >>1963649 google is such a terribly foreign concept >> [_] Anonymous 05/04/13(Sat)23:51 No.1963672 I was fine until I noticed the mist moving. But the whole thing with the Lavender Town Theme, is that in Gen 1 Green Version (presumed only release in Japan), there were this is with the "Buried Alive Model" in the Lavender Tower, instead of Mr. Fuji at the top of the Tower, there is no one. There is, on the other hand, 2 tombstones, if you "talk" to the right one, you get a text box appearing, and you commence a fight with the "Buried Alive Model" which is roughly a zombie. I don't know if you're bound to lose this battle, but it is difficult to win it. When the battle is over (defeat) the "BAM" says: "Finally.... Fresh meat...." And you get to a scene where the "BAM" is eating the protagonist in a still picture, while the Lavender Town is played backwards. And that's about it >> [_] Anonymous 05/05/13(Sun)03:21 No.1963851 Why is it 'scary' or 'spooky' sounds and such have such a calming effect on me? |
