  Since no one else will know: It's from the soundtrack of a Russian game (also available in
  English) called Hard Truck Apocalypse.
  If you guys want I can upload this particular track to megaupload but since the song is designed
  to loop it doesn't really have an "end".

  Nah that is just pasta from swfchan, I don't have the original file but dl the game as torrent
  and extract it yourself. I spend one evening browsing through Irish/Welsh folk music pages
  because I was so sure that this is something from there. Damn, that is a good Russian composer.
