Okay, I got through the entire game. Here's how you do it:
1. Start off by touching her boobs until you stop raising the meter, then move to her legs and do
the same.
2. Go to the zoom on her face/chest and touch her boobs again until the meter stops, then drag
open her blouse and continue until meter stoppage.
3. Go to the leg zoom and rub her legs until dialogue, then drag on her crotch and rub her vag

5. REPEAT. Just do the exact same method with every stage. Zoomed out view, top view, lower view.

Sounds like you goofed (or the game glitched). I didn't find any way of getting past it if it did
