just learn how to swing.

>tap shift till you start to swing
>once you are moving in the direction towards the next ring
>let go of the shift button
>click on the letter for the next ring (to pull your hand closer to the ring)
(shift only pull you up with the hand you are currently using to hold onto, it doesnt give you
