  It's no "broken" it's purposefully made this way. The sex scenes are in different .swf files, to
  keep the game from being put on sites like this and other sites that like to post stolen H games.
  The creator is JSK studios, if you want to go and look for more of their stuff. And you can
  easily find collections of their work, if you don't want to buy them.
