19 is incredibly easy. The trick is to start with a cell slightly farther away, so you can sink
more of your little triangle things into it.

The theory for beating this game is really simple. Just keep in mind that capturing a cell grants
you more points than you started and removes any tentacles it had before. If you behave
aggressively, you will generate a huge point advantage from one capture leading to another.
Repeatedly snipping your tentacles is the fastest way to capture a cell, and the AI isn't
reactive enough to deal with this strategy.
