That's actually the punch line of the song. He's parodying anti-drug songs disguised as pro drug
songs. You were probably too young to understand when it first came out but that's the truth.
D.A.R.E. was huge in the U.S. at the time with their "just say no policy" and they had a lot of
videos with "real" drug addicts performing stuff just slightly less blatant than afroman's song.
The real message of the song is pointing out how ridiculous it is to think weed will destroy your
life. The parody just doesn't seem as obvious anymore because D.A.R.E. is gone.
