Once you have 50 hardcoreness, points, you may choose to execute a master slice in exchange of
said points. It cuts the amount of exp needed to level up your Mastery by 10%.
Dumping millions or even billions of stat points into hardcoreness and subsequently master slices
is the most effective way of rebirthing.

Well, yes. But that doesn't work in here.
The formula is (x + 1.5 * y) * z / 10, whereas x is tactics, y is rage and z is neetery, and x +
y + z = a. For the formula to reach it's maximum value, you ideally want x = 0 and y = z, which
means you shouldn't invest anything into tactics, and keep neetery and rage even.

That depends on how much excess XP you have. If it's not much, which would be the case if you've
been dumping it into Mastery constantly, than you'd literally waste 200k stat points. Congrats.
If you have a VERY large amount of excess XP then it's worth it.

Depends. If you have a lot of exp, then yes.
Moreso at high mastery when it'll take a kojillion exp to reach the next level. When you have a
bunch of exp, instead of making mastery go up a little, you use Enlightenment to get a bunch more
stat points and Master Slice (100 hardcoreness), because iirc that fills your Mastery bar a flat
10%.
