what i really hate is the name. so now, whenever someone mentiones xbox 1 everyone that isn't
babby will wonder if they are talking about xbox (the first one) or xbox one (...which is the
third one).
people will forever have to clarify which console they are referring to, unless obvious to
context. say someone wants to do a quick mention about an old game they played on xbox when they
grew up. they will have to clarify specifically that they mean the first xbox. they can't write
xbox1 either as would be common practice because that would just make more people think they are
talking about xbox one.
it's just so stupid and unnecessary when it could have been avoided. "one" isn't even a nice
sounding name. they should rather have gone with xbox 720 or xbox 1080 that everyone expected
them to go with. or whatever else that isn't "one". maybe not even a number?
