Just type "oppai" and it gives you the cheat-mode.
But the game is pretty easy to beat. All you are doing is poking the tits and nips with your
cursor without making the red bar on the right hand side of the screen max out. The Heart
percentage is how close she is to climaxing/having a letdown/whatever, and the ZZZ rating is how
(in)sensitive she is. As the ZZZ rating goes up you can touch her longer, until eventually you
can hold down on the mouse without causing the bar to move. Eventually it announces that you win
and it tells you the aformentioned password to get to the free-play mode.
I love this flash, but wish it was expanded upon a little more.
