The formula for exp is (tactics + random(0,3)rage) * neetery / 10
If you can't find ideal values for that formula yourself, you should keep Neetery and Rage equal,
and Tactics is basically worthless.

Don't dump any exp into mastery. Not yet.
First, get yourself enough stats so that you get more exp a hit than you need to level up. Then,
gather 200.000 stat points, dump them all into hardcoreness and run an enlightenment.
Remember not to put anything into mastery.

It dumps all of your exp into levelling. Normally, you can only level up once per table flip, but
this allows you to instantaneously dump it all into leveling.
You unlock it once you get 20 hardcoreness, and you may activate it in exchange for those 20
hardcoreness points.
There are other hardcore abilities to unlock at 5 and 50 points. The 50 one is a must for getting
to 100 mastery.
