I've seen worse, good effort!
I'd give a more detailed critique as a professional animator but your doing lel motiongraphics so
even if you perfected this it'd still wouldn't be as good as "real" animation.
If you want to take animation seriously though I'd look into either learning 3D or learning
frame-by-frame hand drawn 2D, puppet tool stuff is always going to be capped.
