It objectively gets terrible at the end.
The beginning is sort of interesting-ish, if a little overdone, but the ending is just poorly
animated and poorly organized.

The idea is incredibly overdone and stale, yet passed off as interesting and exciting (not that
the first half is all that original either. "Guy does drugs and is suddenly outdoors, how
poingiant!").
The animation quality drops off dramatically after he gets up. This guy has no idea how to
animate fast-ness, and it shows. Nothing has any weight or recoil. The animations for the dude's
arm and the cutting are particularly bad and belong in a Gmod video. The fight in general is a
series of bad cliches with absolutely no emotion.
The decapitation is too stupid to take seriously. It's like special effects from a 1920's horror
movie and it rounds off the whole thing on a bad note.
The generic slow piano music from the first half doesn't build up to anything technically
creative or interesting. It just stays at the same basic shit throughout. That doesn't do it any
favors. It's trying too hard and comes off as pretentious.
