>> [_] Anon 1270913 FLV is the older flash video container, which is either embedded in a SWF or played from a SWF as an external resource. No conversion of the video itself should be necessary (it was playing in a flash file to begin with, after all), you just need to find a way to embed it in a SWF. I unfortunately don't know of anything that can do that freely. I'm sure Adobe's tools would make it rather trivial.
