Four months isn't active, but you can hardly call it permadead if you've seen a project or two on
the tubes. Domain expiration is the true mark of death, but google will host him indefinitely.
He'll probably let it fragment into fan versions, or hand things over to someone/some group.
There's enough community over there to at least drag the death out another little patch.
