It's Bill Cosby. In 1984 Bill Cosby signed a contract with the Astronomy for Tots Foundation
which bound him to a four year acting gig where he played a character which was a rock floating
through space and taking note of the celestial bodies around him.
Unfortunately, the producers didn't really care much about making money from the show as they
cared for causing Mister Cosby great torment by having him act out the same episode over and over
and over again and then airing them on television as separate episodes. 1 year into the gig,
Cosby had a nervous breakdown and started moaning his lines from the television show wherever he
went. One day, while at the grocery store, Bill Cosby was moaning this while the cashier had a
tape recorder out and the cashier ended up using the audio from this moaning in particular to
make this flash.
How do I know all of this?
Well, I guess that's just another mystery.
