The graph is...
Vertical -> Lust meter (I think)
Horizontal -> Like meter
Get the horizontal meter to the right. Easiest way to do it is by selecting the 3 option then the
last option of that. Then get the vertical meter up. (If that doesn't work, find a way to get the
horizontal meter up and stick with that, then get the vertical meter up by whatever.)
That should get you into the sex scenes. Play with options.

Just by looking at her (using 1st option) is not enough.
You have to undress her and then touch her.

I don't speak moon and I still figured this out.
First make the horizontal bar shift all the way to the left, so that when you cap out your
vertical bar and whip your dick out she doesn't run away.
The easiest way to do this is to spam the 2nd option from the top, and then click on the first
moon dialogue in both popup screens. That will incrementally move your horizontal bar to the left.
Then just use the other moon option to target her tits and cumdump until your vertical bar is
full and she you can go through options of kissing her, her sucking your dick, and fucking.
