Bullets only strike exactly where you click, use arrow keys when swallowed, shoot the eye and orange things on the monster, then the face/tongue. Easy win. When swallowed, alternate shooting the orange sacs and the black spider things for great justice. When firing, always walk the left mouse button (i.e., tap quickly using two fingers).
