For example, I just discovered Paladins get CHA, CON, STR and others in a ratio of 1000:1000:300:70 so it's no wonder they blow. I also discovered that rogues later on are deadly as hell and dodge /everything/ but also get single-shotted whenever they don't

Things like casting debuffs mid or end-round for no real reason, or doing a fucking melee attack despite your dexterity being so low you have less than a 1% chance of hitting (and having enough mana to cast 50 fireballs).
