It's actually possible to win according to anon who decompiled the source, but that requires an insane amount of time and EXP and requires that you don't overshoot a zone called "The End". Nobody has succeeded so far.

It's generally agreed that Wizards are god tier while Bards and Paladins are low to just shoot me in the head tier (at least were before version 2.0 which was the version before Final). You can judge how good a char is by 1) how fast he levels up or 2) how fast he progresses through areas. Even though the latter one is more relevant, the first one usually gets you bragging rights
