As for the sound, a plane on approach TO LAND sounds like the one given towards the end, but a plane rapidly accelerating towards a building? Plus, missiles don't sound like turbofans, they have a distinct whoosh/roar depending on the size of the rocket motor, and they tend to leave a smoke trail.
