Probably, after some police paperwork and 'investigation'.
They'd need to justify an officer unloading on a random faggot in the street.

What I meant is they still need to report and document the incident hence the quotes around
investigation. Doubt it'd take long.

not in a shithole like brazil. It'd only get documented by the driver if he uploaded his helmet
cam somewhere.

Yeah, I don't know first thing about Brazil so I won't pretend to.
Around here they'd at least bother to take some fingerprints before letting you go.

He would probably be charged with brutally or use of excessive force (or whatever they call it).
I hate cops in general but that guy did the right thing.
It's sad that it seems like criminals sometimes have more rights than victims. Like if someone
breaks into your home and they injure themselves, they might be able to sue. I heard that
happened before but it could just be rumor.
