fairly good, If you're using adobe you can set the viewing area size when you create the flash.
Would only suggest maybe making the audio a better quality.

Put the song source outside of the flash boundaries so we can see it when we resize it. Also,
sync up the motions with the beat of the music (speed up the framerate or something. I haven't
used flash for like a year).
