He's not just a taster, or he wouldn't be wearing a lab coat. Not that I'm an expert, but he's
probably a chemist with a long career behind him. Also, ice cream is one of the worst things you
can eat, since it's too fattening by itself and gives you a taste for fatty foods. He didn't look
especially healthy to me. Something to think about.
