than propane, and soda-bottle rockets tend to be limited more by air than fuel, so I'm going to
guess they added an oxidizer, maybe nitrous.
Honestly, though it sounds loud, alot of the noise is probably echo from firing in a warehouse. I
do "whoosh rockets" all the time for my students, but its never that loud.
